Data processed and purposes
In sales and appointment processes we may process your name, phone number, e-mail address, contact preference and the content of your message. This data is used to assess your enquiry, arrange appointments, manage sales processes, provide pre-contract information and meet legal obligations.
Your data is not used for marketing without your explicit consent. We obtain separate consent for commercial electronic messages, which you may withdraw at any time.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected through contact forms, telephone calls, e-mail correspondence and in-person meetings at the sales office. Processing relies on the legal bases of performance or conclusion of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interests. Marketing activities rely on explicit consent.
Retention
Enquiry and appointment records are kept for two years after the enquiry is resolved. If a contract is concluded, contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law (generally ten years). At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions to meet legal obligations, to IT and accounting service providers, and to banks and land registry offices for contractual processes. Transfers abroad are not made without the conditions required by law and, where necessary, explicit consent.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
You may submit requests in writing to the sales office address or to the e-mail address above. Reasonable information may be requested to verify your identity. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
