Ege Yapı Grubu was founded in Urla in 2009. The company has completed six residential projects and today works with a team of 40 on new projects in Urla and the surrounding area.
Our approach is simple: the right site, the right plan, a clear contract and a team that remains reachable after handover. Material choices are made for durability and ease of maintenance.
Olive Garden Residences is the group’s fourth residential project in Urla. The architecture and landscape design respond to the local climate and everyday habits.
Approach
How we work in three points
Materials and workmanship
Facade, plumbing and interior materials are chosen for durability and serviceability. Installation teams are subject to regular site inspection.
A clear contract
Delivery date, areas, payment plan and shared costs are set out in the contract. Items that could create extra cost are shared in writing in advance.
Support after handover
Technical support is provided for notifications made in the first year. A shared-area maintenance schedule is handed to the site management after transfer.
Quality and supervision
Concrete and reinforcement specimens are examined by independent laboratories, and the construction supervision company inspects the works on a regular basis. Thermal, acoustic and waterproofing details are checked before full application.
Our quality management processes follow ISO 9001 principles. Plumbing and electrical works use products that meet TSE standards.
