A clear schedule, measurable progress
As of October 2026 the structural work is complete; interior finishing, facades and landscaping continue. Delivery is targeted for December 2026.
Progress by block
Percentages are the weighted average of completed work as of the end of October 2026. Minor schedule shifts may occur with weather conditions.
Current phase
Plaster, screed and paint works continue inside the apartments; tiling and lighting installation continue in shared areas. Facades on Blocks A and B are complete, with final cladding underway on Blocks C and D.
In the landscape, the walking route, courtyard paving and pool terrace are being finished. Cabling for the car park barrier and security infrastructure has been installed.
Site visits take place under safety rules and by appointment.

Ground improvement and raft foundation works completed.

Block A structural frame and floor slabs completed.
- All blocks at structure
All four blocks reached structural completion.
- Facade cladding
External insulation and natural stone cladding began.
- Interior first fix
Plaster, screed and service infrastructure largely completed.
- Landscape and shared areas
Pool terrace, walking route and courtyard works continue.
- Occupancy application
Municipal application for the occupancy permit is planned.
- Delivery
Block-by-block handover and transfer of shared areas targeted.
Permits and occupancy
The project is being built in line with the 2018 Turkish Earthquake Building Regulation and the approved architectural drawings. Construction supervision is carried out by an independent supervision company.
Most documents required for the occupancy permit (iskan) are complete. The application is planned for November 2026, with the permit expected before handover.
Permit timelines depend on the relevant municipality. Current status can be followed at the sales office.
